So, as I alluded to a while back (like 2+ months now, oi), we moved into our renovated house… and its up for sale! If you’ve been reading for a while, or know us, you may remember that we never actually intended to live in this house- it was just supposed to be a quick renovation and flip. But things don’t always go as planned, and we didn’t sell the house in the spring after we finished the renovation. I kind of just stopped talking about the house here, which is a bit odd, considering the house was this blog’s main reason for being. So things being what they were, we decided to move into the house, and stick it out for a bit until the real estate market picked back up, which apparently it has started to do.
I never really got around to taking house photos after we moved in, which I intended to do, but we were still trying to find some new furniture for certain spaces and hadn’t found the right pieces yet, so it felt ‘unfinished’ and not quite right. But recently I found a few great pieces that went a long way to helping the spaces feel finished and put together. There are still a few things lacking, but since we put the house up for sale and Realtor photos were taken, I figured I would share pictures of the good-enough-to-list house [most photos taken from our current mls.ca listing- thanks Q! with a few of my own sprinkled in]: So there you have it, an updated hour tour! If you have any questions about sources, etc for anything, or, if you perhaps live in Southwestern Ontario and are interested in the house, let me know!
